About Us

Foundation Renewable Energy (FRE) develops commercial, industrial, non-profit, institutional, and public-sector renewable energy projects across the United States, with active development efforts in Colorado, Minnesota, Ohio, and Texas.

We believe renewable energy represents one of the most significant infrastructure investments of our generation—creating opportunities to reduce operating costs, strengthen energy resilience, improve environmental performance, and deliver long-term value for communities, organizations, and property owners. Our mission is to help transform that opportunity into successful, buildable projects.

As renewable energy developers, we guide projects from early-stage feasibility through engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. We believe project success is not determined by any single phase, but by disciplined alignment across the entire lifecycle. Constructability is not a downstream checkpoint—it is a foundational consideration that informs every decision, from initial feasibility through final energization.

For commercial and institutional owners, renewable energy is long-term infrastructure. It must be technically sound, financially disciplined, and executable under real-world conditions. FRE brings development expertise, engineering coordination, market-informed procurement strategy, and construction oversight together under a unified approach—ensuring projects are developed not only to be approved, but ultimately to be built, operated, and perform for decades to come.
